You submit an abstract by sending it as a Microsoft Word file to our official email:

* Those who want to participate passively should send their Name, Surname and Institution. Passive participants will receive a link to each section and a diploma of passive participation



Only abstracts in the English language will be reviewed.

The abstract can be submitted until 1st April 2021

All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Abstract Review Committee 

One active participant can submit up to 3 abstracts on all topics. Each abstract has to be submitted separately.

Structure of the abstract:

Abstract title

1. Author - Name and Surname, University, Institution/Hospital, Department, City, Country

2. Scientific Supervisors - Name, Surname and Affiliation.

4. Abstract text itself – 400 words. Font: Times New Roman, size 12.

Rules for the Presentation

Oral presentations must be presented in English and created in Microsoft Office Powerpoint *.ppt or .pptx format.

The Case Report presentation should last no longer than 5 minutes, followed by a 2-minute discussion.

The Scientific Research presentation should last no longer than 7 minutes, followed by a 3-minute discussion.

The presentation session coordinator has the right to interrupt any report or discussion after the given time has elapsed.
